Breastfeeding: Is tetanus booster safe?

I've been told I need a tetanus booster in order to attend school. I'm breastfeeding, is this a problem?

The tetanus vaccine is compatible with breastfeeding. According to the US Centers for Disease Control, this type of vaccine will not adversely affect the breastfeeding infant. Most vaccines can be safely used in the nursing mother, but it is always wise to remind your Health Care Provider that you are breastfeeding when any vaccination or medication is recommended.
