Bret Michaels may have spent a large portion of the last year in the hospital, but the rocker is looking anything but sickly on the cover of the latest issue of Billboard magazine!

Posing in nothing but his signature bandana, Michaels -- who suffered a stroke in April and is set to undergo heart surgery in a few months -- looks like the picture of health, showing off his six-pack abs and, well, everything else for the "Maximum Exposure" issue.

Not too shabby for the 47-year-old Poison rocker!
