Bristol Palin, daughter of half-term Alaska governor and 2008 Republican Vice Presidential candidate Sarah Palin, issued subpoenas today to Playgirl, CNN, Vanity Fair, Star Magazine, Entertainment Tonight, National Inquirer and The Insider to get figures on how much the outlets have paid her ex-fiance Levi Johnston. Popeater reports that Palin, 19, has legal documents stating she "wants copies of any checks, IRS forms and all in-kind services, such as airfare, hotels, meals, transportation and per diem."
Johnston, also 19, has claimed that prior to 2009 he made no more than $10,000 and that he should not have to pay the $1,688.42 a month in child support Palin is seeking for their year-old son, Tripp, according to TMZ. But, according to new documents, "Palin's lawyer attached Levi's pay stub from 2008, showing he raked in $18,594.50 from one employer - a construction company in Alaska."
However, Palin, who claims Johnston's income for 2009 was more than $105,000, has opted not to subpoena Paramount Farms, the company which hired Johnston for advertisements on their website GetCrackin.com.
