Did Alaska finally get too cold for Bristol Palin? The twenty-year-old single mom has thrown her Dancing with the Stars fans for a loop by
So... are she and two-year-old Tripp relocating to the Sunset State? Bristol hasn't explained her reasons for buying the property, so at the moment, it is anybody's guess. Here are three theories floating out there:
Theory 1: Bristol's going to college. The house is not far from the Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communication at Arizona State University, which would be a logical place to formally launch Bristol's public speaking and media career.
Theory 2: Bristol's running for office. Maricopa is likely to be right in the center of a new Congressional district. Is she following in her mama grizzly's footsteps?
Theory 3: Bristol's looking for an investment. ABC's Nightline once did a special report calling Maricopa "the poster child of the housing crisis," and Palin got a great rate on her home, which originally sold for more than $300,000.
