Britney Heads Home with Her Boys

Britney Spears opted for some down-home time this weekend, as the pop star packed her bags -- and her two boys -- and headed to Louisiana for a family visit in Kentwood.
"Britney just wanted to get some family time in and show the boys Louisiana, now that they're getting older."
I can just imagine how cute they are with cousin Maddie!
So, why is this trip home a big deal? Well, it's the first time Brit was allowed to take Sean Preston, 3, and Jayden James, 2, out of California since downing her big cup of crazy and losing custody to ex Kevin Federline.
"This is a terrific indication of the progress she's made, and the growing trust between the two parents," says a source to the comeback kid told People.com. "It was arranged cooperatively between Kevin and the lawyers."
Britney currently has two visits and an overnight per week with her kids.
