Britney: "I Married For the Wrong Reasons"

#

The clips just keep on coming from Britney Spears' documentary, For the Record.

In this little snippet, Brit reflects back on her two-year marriage to ex Kevin Federline, saying that the decision to become man and wife, maybe, wasn't the best.

"I think I married for the wrong reasons," she says. "Instead of following my heart and doing something that made me really happy, I just did it for the idea of everything."

But Brit says that she gets through the tough times by doing what she does best -- by shaking her thing.

"If I have a lot of nervous energy, when I start dancing it all goes away and I just feel emotion. It's like a roller coaster," she reveals. "People think that when you go through something in life you have to go to therapy. For me, art is therapy, because it's like you're expressing yourself in such a spiritual way."

Instead of hashing it all out on a therapist's couch, Brit says she'll just dance through it.

"Sometimes you don't need to use words to go through what you need to go through. Sometimes it's an emotion you need to feel when you dance, that you need to touch. And the only thing that can touch it is when you move a certain way."

If she's using dance as therapy for all the crap that's happened to her, she's going to be grooving for a VERY long time.
