For the past through years, singer Britney Spears has been staging a comeback. After a few tumultuous years, Spears is back to touring and back in the studio. That means long days of itty-bitty costumes and heart-pumping performances. To prepare, the star enlisted trainer and diet guru Derek DeGrazio, from LA gym Barry's Bootcamp. An insider tells StarLounge, “It’s not just about his amazingly fun and intensive workouts, but also the motivation, support and the diet he advises her to follow. He’s a godsend.” The singer hits the gym three days a week doing a circuit of 12 exercises like bicep curls and shoulder presses. “She follows much more intense workouts now, for an hour or an hour and a half, which are a mix of strength training and cardio work. They have music blaring, which she loves.” Stage your own comeback for 2012.
