Britney Spears Lawyers to Ask for Visitation

Britney Spears' lawyers are heading back to court this morning and are expected to ask the judge to let Britney spend at least some time with her two boys.
Britney hasn't seen Sean Preston and Jayden James since Jan. 3, when Britney refused to return the boys to Kevin Federline's bodyguards, as her visitation time had expired. Brit reportedly locked herself in the bathroom with Jayden, the police had to come, and Britney was sent to the hospital for a mental evaluation (that was the first time).
Insiders say that it's doubtful that there will be any major change in the current custody arrangement, but that there is a possibility that Britney may get some physical custody. Right now she's only allowed to talk to them on the phone, but since her dad has been running the show, Britney seems much more put together, a lot calmer and could probably really benefit from some monitored time with her boys.
