Earlier this week, Britney Spears announced to the world that "the b*tch is back and better than ever!" Now it seems her relationship is better than ever, too.
The pop princess paid a visit to Ryan Seacrest's radio show Friday to dish about her upcoming album Femme Fatale (which drops March 29). But before playing her new dance track "Til the World Ends," Seacrest steered the conversation to the topic of Spears' boyfriend, Jason Trawick.
"I knew your boyfriend Jason when he was pudgy," Seacrest teased. "And now he's fit, and he's got zero percent body fat!"
But Spears, 29, was quick to defend her man. "He wasn't pudgy!" she said. "He's definitely ripped now...He just got on this health kick."
The singer explained that she and Trawick help motivate each other in the fitness department. "We love to work out together," she said. "We take walks."
But when they're not hitting the gym, Spears and her man love to kick back and relax. "We're really normal," she said "We like to just watch movies."
Spears and Trawick's "normal" romance must be a nice change of pace for the pop star -- who's had her share of public drama in her love life. Their relationship made headlines in December after Star magazine printed a story claiming that Trawick had physically abused Spears.
But the singer promptly came forward to deny the claims and send a loud and clear message to the tabloid. "Yawl can kiss my lily white southern Louisiana ass!" she twittered. You tell 'em, Brit-Brit!
