Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel's gorgeous wedding photo, which appears on the new cover of People, is so awesome that we almost didn't even notice that Britney Spears' face appears on the top right corner of the magazine. Almost.
You heard that right. The cover features the blissful newlyweds on their special day -- and the only other person shown is Timberlake's famous ex-girlfriend, who appears to be smirking down at the happy couple.
The photo bomb leaves a few questions unanswered. Did the editors at People strategically plan to have Justin, 31, share the space with his ex, or was it just an amusing accident? And who should be more ticked off -- Jessica or Britney?
On the one hand, Jess, 30, is probably annoyed that her big wedding debut is marred by memory of her husband's superstar ex (whom he dated from 1999 to 2002). But on the other hand, the X Factor judge -- who's engaged to Jason Trawick -- probably isn't psyched to have a headline about her dramatic trial lumped together with Justin's happy milestone.
But despite Britney's presence, Mr. and Mrs. Timberlake's wedding photo is truly stunning. The fact that JT is playfully jumping over his blushing bride makes it one of the most unique wedding shots we've seen. Plus the couple looks beautiful decked out their finest -- a Tom Ford tuxedo for him and a pale-pink Giambattista Valli Haute Couture gown for her.
In the accompanying interview, the singer-turned-actor reveals that he and Biel exchanged personal vows and that their Oct. 19 nuptials were simply amazing.
"It was a really special evening," Timberlake tells People. "It was a total fantasy experience," adds Biel.
One especially emotional moment was when Timberlake played a guitar and serenaded his bride as she walked down the aisle to him in her gorgeous, custom-made Giambattista Valli Haute Couture gown.
"It was an original piece I wrote specifically for the evening and for her," says the groom, who wore a custom Tom Ford tuxedo he helped the fashion house design.
The newlyweds also explained why they felt compelled to turn their nuptials into a week-long celebration of their love. They hosted 100 guests, including, as previously reported, Andy Samberg, Jimmy Fallon, Timbaland, and Beverley Mitchell at the luxury Borgo Egnazia resort on the Southern Italian seaside.
"It was a lot to ask of them to travel, so we figured we'd give our guests a good party!" says Timberlake.
