Britney's Parents Head to Court
This has become a real-life, no joke legal battle!
Britney Spears's parents, Jamie and Lynne Spears, are currently in court hoping to be granted the power to make decisions on the part of the fallen pop star. As of now, Britney's manager Sam Lufti is the main liaison between the caregivers at UCLA Medical Center where Britney is being held, but Brit's parents are very weary of Sam's main motives. They believe he is putting their daughter's health and assets at risk.
Sam, in return, is bashing Jamie and Lynne, saying that they are only looking out for their own monetary gain. According to TMZ.com, Sam will not be attending the court hearing, but told People.com, of Brit's parents, "They came into the house with an agenda and are trying to look like the heroes after all the dirty work has been done." He adds, "Their main worry is being financially cut off."
