According to court papers released today, Britney Spears's attorney has requested that she no longer have to undergo random drug testing. Apparently this isn't the first time Brit's lawyer made the request but, at Britney and Kevin Federline's last court date, K-Fed's lawyer opposed the silly notion. A judge has yet to issue a ruling this time. Hey, Brit. Maybe don't seem so anxious to get back on the sauce -- it's not the best look for a devoted mom.
