chime in nowClueless star Brittany Murphy died Dec. 20 of cardiac arrest at age 32. As a teenager, her early career included television roles on shows such as Blossom and Murphy Brown. After her breakout film role as Tai in 1995's Clueless, Murphy starred in 2001's Riding in Cars with Boys, 2002's 8 Mile and 2003's Sin City, to name just a few. Murphy's former boyfriend, Ashton Kutcher, with whom she starred in 2003's Just Married, Twittered about her death: "2day the world lost a little piece of sunshine. My deepest condolences go out 2 Brittany's family, her husband, & her amazing mother, Sharon." On Christmas Day, the actress was laid to rest in an intimate ceremony attended by her screenwriter husband Simon Monjack, her mother and actor Eric Balfour.
