If all goes according to plan -- at least according to Brooke Mueller's mom -- the Mueller-Sheen New Year's Eve will be much more tame than the last big holiday they "celebrated" together.
E! Online was able to catch up with Mueller's mom, Moira Fiore, as she was exiting her daugther's Aspen home. Fiore, who assured the reporter that Brooke is "doing alright," said their New Year's Eve will be spent "privately."
"We'll be here," she said.
Guess that means Mueller's New Year's won't involve spending any of the reported $1 million Sheen has offered her to stay with him! Then again, People.com is reporting that Mueller's attorney said: "I don't think any discussion about finances is true."
