Brooke Mueller Heads Home from Rehab

Brooke Mueller has reportedly made excellent progress since entering rehab last month and has been given the go-ahead to head home. Accompanying Charlie Sheen's wife back to her house will be a team of counselors, who will continue to aid Mueller in her recovery.

"Brooke's recovery efforts have been superb," says attorney Yale Galanter. "She has been able to interact with her twin sons Bob and Max which has been instrumental in her recovery and ability to take the rehab team home with her. She is thrilled to be back in her own house."

Mueller, 32, switched rehab facilities last week, after details of her stay at The Canyon were leaked. The mom was then moved to a more private facility.

"Brooke did much better in rehab under a confidential setting," Galanter said. "Her interaction with the children has been great and her overall recovery is very good. Being with the kids has been amazing for her. And now that they are in their own home, Brooke intends to be the best mother possible."

Charlie Sheen, 44, entered rehab last week, as well, and the couple's sons were being looked after by the Sheen's parents and the boys' regular nanny.
