It seems as though Charlie Sheen's wife Brooke Mueller's troubles only seem to grow by the day. TMZ.com is reporting that Mueller entered rehab last week for substance abuse, just one day after her husband's arraignment on misdemeanor and felony charges. The Two and a Half Men star was accused by Mueller of threatening her life with a knife in an alleged altercation on Christmas Day.
Mueller, 32, has apparently entered The Canyon, a rehab facility in Malibu. Meanwhile, RadarOnline.com is reporting that Mueller was spotted partying with Sheen, 44, just hours before checking in. Mueller's lawyer has not yet been reached for comment by any media outlets.
Many are speculating that Mueller's time in rehab could weaken her assault case against Sheen. The actor who was officially charged with felony menacing, misdemeanor third-degree assault and misdemeanor criminal mischief on Feb. 8 in Aspen, Colo., is set to be due back in court in March.
