"To get Brooklyn's body you need a sense of adventure," says Brooklyn Decker's yoga instructor and trainer Tara Stiles. The model (who's married to tennis star Andy Roddick) weaves physical activity into her everyday life to stay in shape -- including running, hiking, swimming and "pretty much anything outdoors". When she first began a yoga regime, Stiles says she "did one-on-one yoga mostly every day for a month." Good for body lengthening and to balance, Decker now includes yoga into her workouts every week. "Mix it up by going for a hike, run or swim and weave in some yoga to de-stress," Stiles advises on her blog.
