Ingredients:
1/2 cup water
1 (10 ounce) package frozen Brussels sprouts
2 tablespoons I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter! Light
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 tablespoon brown sugar
1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/8 teaspoon salt
Directions:
Boil Brussels sprouts 5 to 7 minutes, until tender, and strain. In a separate bowl, mix the butter, walnuts, brown sugar, nutmeg and salt. Cover and cook in microwave 3 to 4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the butter is melted and the walnuts are warm. Pour over the cooked Brussels sprouts to serve.
