Brush Your Teeth -- and Lift and Tone

Here’s another butt-boosting move to do while you’re getting ready: Arabesques. While brushing your teeth, lean forward over the sink, balance on one leg and extend the other one behind you as high as you can comfortably go (this is called an arabesque position); hold it for 2 seconds while squeezing your butt; release and repeat five times. Do it on the opposite side.
