The Most Amazing C-Section Birth Photo We've Ever Seen!

Nevaeh Atkins didn't come into the world kicking and screaming, but with a gentle handshake.

The baby, born via c-section in October in Phoenix, Ariz., was captured on camera grabbing hold of her doctor's finger, AZfamily.com reports, and the photo, posted on Facebook recently, is getting all sorts of attention.

"It was such an amazing photo," the baby girl's mom, Alicia Atkins, tells the website. "[Hospital staff] had possibly heard of it happening but they had never seen a photo of it."

Atkins is a professional photographer, according to AZfamily, but it was dad, Randy Atkins, who caught the moment.

"The doctor called me over and said, 'Hey, she's grabbing my finger,'" he tells the site. "So I ran over there and just grabbed the shot and I was just in awe looking at it. It was such an amazing picture."

Alicia tells AZfamily she and her family are surprised by all the positive feedback from the photo.

"We thought we would get more negative 'that's disgusting…'" she tells the site. "[Instead] everybody just thought it was the best thing in the world."

Or, as Neveah's name spells backwards: Heaven.
