Cameron Diaz, 37, is the cover girl for British Vogue's new "Ageless Style Issue." So what's the secret to having ageless beauty? According to Diaz, the fountain of youth can be found through exercise, a healthy diet, plenty of water, lots of laughter, and -- oh -- one other thing!
"Lots of sex -- yes, sex, we need that as human beings," Diaz recommends to Vogue's readers. "It's healthy, it's natural. It's what we're here to do."
Yankees star Alex "A-Rod" Rodriguez, 34, is rumored to be Diaz's current boyfriend. And while he may be participating in (ahem) keeping her young, the actress won't tell reporters the status of their relationship. When Vogue asks outright if she's in love, Diaz slyly responds, "You know what? Yes I am. I'm in love with life."
Presumably, Diaz means she loves being single, spontaneous -- and child-free. "You know how you have these moments of feeling dissatisfied and you think, 'What would make my life better?'" Diaz explains. "Well, I've yet to go, 'Aha, that's it: a child!' I don't want to not do a film at a moment's notice."
Still, she admits that her wild days are behind her: "I'm 37. Those years are over for me." And while she may still be young at heart, she's happy with how her looks are gradually maturing. "I might as well enjoy it while I've still got something," she says. "You've got to be realistic. I mean, I don't want to look 25 again."
Cameron Diaz is currently working on the black comedy Bad Teacher with her ex-boyfriend Justin Timberlake, but you can catch her in theaters on July 25, starring in Knight and Day opposite Tom Cruise.
