Cameron Diaz isn't going to win any feminist honors with her latest comments to London's Sunday Times newspaper.
"I think every woman does want to be objectified," Diaz, 40, told the English paper. "There's a little part of you at all times that hopes to be somewhat objectified, and I think it's healthy."
Maybe it's no surprise that the model-turned-actress doesn't mind the world admiring her highly toned body and thousand-watt smile. In fact, Diaz says she's confident enough to pull off the raciest fashion shoots, as she did for photographer Terry Richardson in the November issue of Esquire UK.
"I'm not some young girl with the photographer going, 'Will you take your clothes off'?' I'm like [mimes stripping], 'How does this look?' They're like, 'Today we're not going to put anything other than bras and heels on you,' and I'm like, 'These heels are not high enough.'"
Diaz's body image and sexual appeal doesn’t just exist at the end of a camera lens, however. As the one-time girlfriend of baseball star Alex Rodriguez and Justin Timberlake, she's a veteran seductress.
"I'm a woman, I know how to handle myself," she told the paper. "I know what I feel comfortable doing, and I know my sexuality."
