Can Stress Impair Weight Loss?


How detrimental is stress to weight loss? I am walking as often as I can, but sometimes my stress load gets so out of hand, especially since my son has been ill. I'm doing the best I can with what I've got, but sometimes my real life takes over and the walking just doesn't fit in. —Diane
