1. What was your big turning point-either during the show or before that made you realize you needed to lose the weight?

My turning point was when I looked at some pictures of me when I was smaller and then looked in the mirror and didn't recognize the person I was looking at.

2.What is one thing you wish you had known before going on The Biggest Loser?

The one thing I wish I had known was if my teammate was strong and stable enough to handle the enormous amount of pressure that was placed on her when losing weight.  Especially, when it is on national television.

3. If you could have done one thing differently during the show, what would it be?

One thing, I could have done differently was to continue to encourage my teammate to be strong and stay focused.  She let me down numerous times, and I exploded on her.

4.What was the hardest thing to adapt to while being on the ranch?

The hardest thing to adapt to was the number of hours I worked out.  I never in my life worked out 4 to 6 hours a day, everyday!!!

5. What's the most helpful thing your partner did or said to motivate you?

I don't recall because I was usually the person to motivate and encourage my partner. Oh, wait, she helped me up, when I fell up the steps to the scale.

6. What is your favorite workout?

My favorite, was one I incorporated in my daily routine and that's Booty Shaking Dancing.  It helps trim your waistline and tighten your butt.

7.What's your favorite healthy meal or snack?

My favorite meal is stir fry shrimp with mixed vegetables.  My favorite snack is hummus and salsa on Wasa toast.

9. What do you think your weight-loss obstacles will be now that you're off the ranch and how do you plan to overcome them?

I've experienced being home for 30 days before, therefore me being back home didn't prevent me from continuing my weight loss. I have no obstacles to overcome because I've learned how to workout at home when I can't make it to the gym. I've learned how to buy the groceries that I need for my calorie intake.

10. What's the best advice Bob or Jillian has given you?

Bob advised me to stay focused and not give up.

11.What happens behind the scenes of the show that no one would know from watching it?

We don't have a chef that prepares our meals; we cook our own food.  Lastly, there are a number of people (casting assistants, producers, directors, medics, etc...) that are behind the scenes that take care of us, who normally are not recognized. They are so helpful, caring, sharing, and understanding to all of our needs.

12. What did you do for fun while you were on the ranch?

For fun, I would be in my room dancing and singing in the mirror with whatever I could find as a microphone. Also, sitting around talking and joking with some of the other cast members.
