Carrie Underwood took on the title of newlywed this summer when she married hockey star Mike Fisher. But even though he put a ring on it, she still feels like a single lady!

Underwood, who graces the October cover of Women's Health, says, so far, married life feels "a lot like dating."

"Sometimes our schedules will click, sometimes they won't," the 27-year-old American Idol champ explains. "But that's good because we're both independent."

So what does country crooner do with her free time? "I'd sleep in a little, work out, do laundry, run errands, buy presents for people with birthdays coming up," she says. "I like it when I don't have to be anywhere, and anything to do is my choice."

But when their schedules do click, Underwood loves supporting her hubby at his hockey games. "I love going to games, cheering for my man," she says. "When I come home, I'm accused of picking up the (Canadian) accent."
