This is not me ripping on Victoria's Secret angel Karolina Kurkova (didn't the press do enough of that back in June when she was skewered for having a drop o' cellulite?) I'm just saying, we've been duped YET AGAIN by airbrushing. Kurkova had an operation when she was an infant which resulted in the removal of her navel. Here's what her navel really looks like. Every single time you've seen her in a VS catalog? That belly button was drawn the frick in.
So now we don't just need to worry about breasts being inflated or hips being narrowed or zits and wrinkles wiped away, but actual body parts are being digitally created. What's next, filling in teeth on an already-gorgeous smile? Oh, wait...
