Cauliflower with Toasted Seasonings and Vinaigrette

This is a typical dish that you'll find in many tapas bars. If desired, a teaspoon of anchovy paste may be added. Whatever you do, don't try to cut corners and save time by adding the cumin seeds without toasting them first. Toasting really gives smoky depth to this dish.
