Lovely and sensitive, actress Mischa Barton epitomizes the challenges confronting young Aquarians. With a 2008 rehab stint, an involuntarily lockdown on a psych ward last summer and her new series, TBL:The Beautiful Life, cancelled by The CW network in September (after just two episodes), the former O.C. star clearly has had a hard time regulating herself in the face of disappointment -- something that's an especially difficult struggle for water bearers.
