Start by standing with your feet together, your chest lifted, your shoulders back with your arms at your sides. Then, bend your knees and jump your feet out (about 2 feet apart) landing on the balls of your feet with your knees still slightly bent. At the same time, raise both of your arms up until your hands meet over your head. Bend your knees a little deeper (lowering your body about an inch or two) and jump your feet back together again, landing on your heels this time, as you bring your hands back down to your sides. Repeat continuously for a full minute.
