Invest in Comfortable Shoes

Putting on a comfortable pair of shoes means it’s easier to fit in more activity throughout the day, says Harley Pasternak, Jessica Simpson's personal trainer. To give your new shoes a workout, Pasternak recommends parking further away from the mall entrance, walking an extra lap around the perimeter of the grocery store while you're shopping or taking the stairs instead of the elevator.
