How it went: After a "really tough pregnancy," Alves McConaughey underwent a C-section to deliver her third child with husband Matthew McConaughey. Baby Livingston joined big brother Levi, 4, and sister Vida, 3, on December 28th, 2012. During an interview on The View, Alves McConaughey said her third delivery was her toughest. "This time around has been a really tough recovery." She experienced "strong pains" throughout her pregnancy, and she had to undergo additional medical procedures following the C-section, according to HollyWood Life.
