8 chimesOn the season finale of their reality show, Giuliana and Bill Rancic said goodbye to the cameras before heading into their third round of IVF. But the news they got was not a bundle of joy. Instead, Giuliana, 37, was told to have a mammogram before her doctor would begin the procedure. The E! News and Style Network host said no, she didn’t need one, but Rancic’s doctor told her if she didn’t have the mammogram, he wouldn’t try to get her pregnant. So she did, which she now sees as divine intervention -- the test found early-stage breast cancer. “Now I truly believe God was looking out for me. Had I gotten pregnant, a few years down the line I could have gotten sicker.” After surgery, Rancic will undergo six weeks of radiation. And then she and Bill will keep trying for a baby Rancic.
