She has touted both the physical and mental perks of the exercise, and now that the actress has quit smoking, yoga has been that much more helpful. According to ABC News, Aniston has ditched the ciggies and accepted the consequences of putting on "a couple pounds." Studies show that yoga can improve lung capacity and strength as well as teach former smokers how to resist urges and triggers for smoking.
