Not many people have toned gams like Cameron Diaz, and she works hard to maintain them. Thanks to trainer Teddy Bass, Diaz can rock those short shorts any time of year. The trick? A squeezable ball that provides resistance. Bass shows Fit Sugar the three main workouts that you can do to achieve Diaz's lean limbs. Start out with 20 reps of single-leg squats which will not only tone your legs, but will improve your balance. Add in that squeezable ball for more of a challenge and use it to engage your arms. Move on to a side curtsey, which engages nearly all of your leg and butt muscles. Again, add in the ball for arm and core engagement. Finally, try 20 reps of a plie followed by a calf raise. These ballet-style exercises are guaranteed to transform your legs in weeks and they are exercises that you can do in the comfort of your own home. No excuses ladies!
