New American Idol judge Jennifer Lopez is getting camera ready with the help of Tracy Anderson's 90-minute dance cardio and muscular structure workouts five days a week. The dancing is natural for the former Fly Girl and singer, so it's a great way to burn calories and work up a sweat. "You have to really work at it but I'm glad I did it," she tells US Weekly magazine. Kick things up a notch this year with a dance class or tryout Tracy Anderson's Perfect Design Series DVD to get a body like J.Lo's.
