The reality TV star turned mom went through the trials of pregnancy and early motherhood on national television—baby weight and all. Now as the cover girl of Shape magazine, reveals that she lost the 40 lbs. thanks to 7 a.m. workouts with trainers David Barton and Tracy Anderson. Eating oatmeal and all organic foods, Kardashian toned up with lunges, frequent cardio, high knees and a running workout.
