Lovely British actress Kate Beckinsale was the big guest on last night's Tonight Show with Conan O'Brien -- and we mean "big" quite literally. Sort of. You'll see what we mean in a second.
Kate is worthy of adoration for many reasons. There's her self-deprecating sense of humor, her effortless beauty, and her abundant admiration for her husband and daughter (the latter of whom, she told Conan, was a "surprise" when she came along 11 years ago).
One attribute of Kate's that was a pretty well-kept secret until last night's late-night chat: the little lady has some seriously big hands. After discussing such things as Hollywood's penchant for tanning and "extreme waxing," the two moved onto the topic of various household chores. It was at this point that Beckinsale revealed that she has, as she so eloquently put it, "the hands of a large man or transexual."
It seemed as if Kate was exaggerating for effect until she compared hers with Tonight Show host. She held her left hand up to the right hand of the 6'4" host, and lo, hers were at least as big as his -- if not bigger. This shocking revelation prompted Conan to jokingly ask: "Who are you REALLY?"
