How They Let the World Know: After marrying in June 2012, the couple confirmed Barrymore’s pregnancy to People magazine. (Although the rest of the world was already on bump watch after Drew was pictured carrying her ultrasound and her baby bump started to really show!)

Did They Ever Get Married? After becoming engaged over the holiday season last year the actress and and her art director boyfriend married in early June at Barrymore’s estate in Montecito, California surrounded by friends, including maid of honor Cameron Diaz.
