How They Let the World Know: While onstage at a concert in Revel Resort's Ovation Hall in Atlantic City on December 29, Kayne dropped the baby bombshell. He then sang "Now You Having My Baby" and asked attendees to congratulate his "baby mom" and called the pregnancy the "most amazing thing."

Did They Ever Get Married? Not yet! Though West hasn't popped the question, the couple's been going strong since April of 2012 -- just shortly after Kim's infamous 72-day marriage to basketball star Kris Humphries.
