Stay Stress-Free All Year Long!

1. Everyone should get enough sleep because no one is at their best if they are fatigued. Parents, that means you too.

2. Prep ingredients for snacks and meals on the weekends, so you can skip that step when you need access to them during the week.

3. Get your kids involved in helping out around the house – if they are old enough for school, they can manage a few house chores.

4. Connect with another mom who is even more involved in school stuff than you are! Make her your BFF so you can be sure to not miss a beat.

5. Take care of yourself so you can do your best to take care of others.

6. Be flexible in your attitude toward your kids. Get to know their styles of learning, coping and problem-solving so you can truly help them succeed.

7. Devise an easy home organization schedule – all you need is 15-25 minutes a day!

8. Not everyone’s challenges are the same so don’t try to rework tasks that are already easy for you!

9. Set aside 20 minutes a day to address things that tend to sit on the back burner, like paying bills, watering plants or taking a power walk.

10. Be prepared to tweak routines or systems to fit your unique life – especially if something’s not working for your family.

Now that we’ve come to the end of the Challenge, we’ve created a downloadable recap of our best tips for heading back to school!
