This DC-area iVoice is the force behind the popular humor and parenting blog, parenting BY dummies, where she humorously and honestly recounts navigating motherhood, womanhood, life. While surrounded by boys at home, Amanda is very passionate about helping girls and women improve their self-esteem, and was recently a contestant on the TLC national series, “What Not To Wear.” She wants to encourage moms everywhere to ‘up their awesome,’ not only for their kids but for themselves as well!

iVoice Beth is a single mom, blogger behind Mommy on a Shoestring, columnist, radio personality, and former kindergarten and first grade teacher from Glenview, Il.  She is an avid recycler and loves to find and share ways families can learn, celebrate and have fun on a shoestring budget.  Her own son starts kindergarten this month so forging great back- to-school habits is high on her mind.

Often asked what her secret is to keeping it together, she proudly cites that her active household has made her a master planner.

A single father raising three kids, Jim’s first book, Bobblehead Dad: 25 Life Lessons I Forgot I Knew, celebrates the stories waiting for us in the nooks and crannies of our days. Jim writes a parenting and family column, "Bobblehead Dad", for Chicago Tribune's TribLocal and is a writer for “The Good Men Project” and “Man of the House.” He is also the inaugural winner of the World’s Greatest Dad Challenge, sponsored by “Man of the House.” His kids, however, are requesting a recount.
