SUPER SNACK: BOB’S MEAN, GREEN DRINK MEAL REPLACEMENT*

 

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons protein powder
  • 1 cup chopped fresh kale
  • 1 cup frozen spinach
  • ½ cup blueberries
  • ½ small banana
  • ½ cup frozen pineapple
  • 20 ounces water

 

Directions:

 

1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until combined.

 

Nutrition Information Per Serving: 340 calories, 14g fiber

If you really want to stop overcooking (and overeating), try using a few helpful kitchen tools that can help keep you on track:

 

FOOD SCALES are error-proof, waist-saving devices! Never guess your quantities again.

 

MEASURING UTENSILS allow you to accurately gauge your servings and avoid piling on unwanted calories. Be especially mindful to measure peanut butter, nuts, salad dressing and olive oil which are commonly overestimated.
