chime in nowWe don't know whether Charlie Sheen is actually "winning" -- but we do know that he takes great delight in his bad-boy image. The actor made headlines by overdosing on cocaine, patronizing Heidi Fleiss's escort agency and accidentally shooting then-fiancée Kelly Preston (though he's recently said she shot herself) -- and that's just in the '90s! After a series of more recent scandals cost him his lucrative Two and a Half Men job, Sheen embarked on an unhinged press tour to promote his own awesomeness. "I'm tired of pretending like I'm not a total fricking rock star from Mars," he told the Today show in February. With his two "goddesses" (who have since left him) and his "tiger blood," Sheen (performing on his "Violent Torpedo of Truth/Defeat Is Not an Option Tour" in Atlantic City, N.J., in April) was more scandalous than ever. And though his antics have lately been confined to Twitter, we suspect this is one guy who will never change.
