Cheese Platters

Opt for low-fat versions of cheese when you can, especially tangy varieties, like Jarlsberg, white cheddar, goat cheese and feta. To feel fuller on fewer calories cut thin slivers of your favorite cheeses and eat with fiber-rich whole-wheat crackers, wheat thins (10 calories each), or saltines and Triscuits (15 calories each). Some good low-cal cheeses are Jarlsberg light; part-skim mozzarella and light Laughing Cow.
