Kale is everywhere these days for a reason: It's healthy, and it's in season, and people love it. Or do they? Well, apparently some of the most prominent chefs in the U.S. are totally over it. Same with beets, and broccoli, and even lettuce. Depending on which chef you ask, sunchokes are either overrated or underrated. And ramps?
