Brides-to-be face constant conundrums when planning their weddings: Indoor or outdoor ceremony? Band or DJ? Chicken or fish? Oscar de la Renta or Vera Wang gown?
Okay, so most brides can't afford to entertain the idea of a couture wedding dress. But it seems Chelsea Clinton can.
For some time it's been reported that the soon-to-be Mrs. Marc Mezvinsky would wear an Oscar de la Renta gown on her wedding day (rumored to be July 31), but now it seems the bride has gotten cold feet. Women's Wear Daily recently snapped a photo of Chelsea in a floppy hat coming out of Vera Wang's Manhattan bridal shop.
WWD writer Rosemary Feitelberg said on Today that "all signs seem to point to Vera at this point, and we've also been told she's doing the bridesmaids' dresses and the flower girls' dresses." Oscar, meanwhile, is reportedly in charge of Hillary Clinton's mother of the bride dress.
We're sure almost every bride has second-guessed her choice of wedding dress at some point -- but imagine being lucky enough to waver between two of the bridal business' most coveted dress designers!
Actually, we're glad it's Chelsea's dilemna and not ours -- we couldn't imagine having to choose!
