    2 whole skinned and boned chicken breasts (or equivalent amount of chicken tenders) 1 large onion sliced
    1 teaspoon seasoned salt (or 1/2 teaspoon table salt) 1 cup ketchup
    1/4 teaspoon pepper 2 tablespoons soy sauce
    1 can (14 oz) sliced peaches 1 large green pepper, cut in squares
    1 1/2 tablespoon vegetable oil Hot cooked rice

      Cut chicken in thin strips.

      Sprinkle with seasoned salt and pepper.

      Drain peaches, reserving syrup.

      Sauté chicken in oil for two minutes.

      Add onion; continue cooking until onion is tender crisp.

      Blend ketchup and peach syrup with enough water to make two cups liquid.

      Add soy sauce.

      Pour over chicken in saucepan.

      Cover and simmer 20 minutes.

      Add green pepper and peaches.

      Replace cover and cook 10 minutes longer.
