This is another quick baked chicken recipe that satisfies hungry families or guests.
| 1 10.75-oz can cream of mushroom soup | 4 slices Swiss cheese | |
| 1 6-oz package prepared stuffing mix | Nonstick cooking spray | |
| 2 boneless skinless whole chicken breasts, halved |
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Spray pan with cooking spray
Layout chicken breasts
Place a piece of cheese on each
Mix together soup and stuffing (don't forget the seasoning packet)
Spread over chicken
Cover with aluminum foil, and bake about 1 hour, until chicken is cooked through.
