chime in nowThis is an incredibly simple and delicately flavorful pan sauce that takes less than 10 minutes to make. The sauce is delicious served over the chicken and any starch you like, from rice to mashed potatoes to pasta. Don’t love tarragon? Try it with different dried herbs, such as rosemary, thyme or oregano. Want to use fresh herbs instead? Just add them at the end. You can also substitute red wine for a more robust sauce, or even port wine for a rich, syrupy glaze.
