Look for chicken without breading or skin, or steer clear of fried chicken and chicken wings by bringing your own chicken dish to the party. Try mixing hot sauce, canola oil, salt and pepper together to coat cubes of boneless skinless chicken breasts and bake or cook them in a non-stick skillet. Three cubes of chicken have about 60 calories and six less grams of fat than buffalo wings.
